Each semester, ALD hosts a virtual Leadership Summit. Summits are free and open to all ALD members, but specifically geared toward chapter officers (past, current, and potential). Fall Summits focus on setting new leaders up for success and Spring Summits focus on transitioning leadership for chapter success.
