Advisor Mentor Program

AMP not only to connects new ALD advisors with seasoned ALD advisors, but to pair professional strengths to create partnerships that benefit all.

Advisor of the Year

This award is given annually to an outstanding advisor nominated by their chapter for service, leadership, and dedication to Alpha Lambda Delta.

ALD Service Project

Each year ALD chapters perform community service around a central theme. Learn about this year’s theme and see photos from past events.

Alpha, Lambda, & Delta Chapter Membership Awards

This award recognizes chapters for significant increases in chapter membership and high instances of membership yield.

Chapter Chats

Participate in Chapter Chats, our spring semester series of conversations aimed at helping you more effectively lead your chapter.

The Internship Program is available to current undergraduate ALD members to assist ALD HQ with strategic projects and to provide a meaningful experience and understanding of Alpha Lambda Delta on a larger scale.

Leadership Conference

Register for our annual Leadership Conference (held in late October every year) or view session materials from past conferences.

Leadership Summits

Register for a Leadership Summit! We hold one summit per semester. Fall content is geared toward being an ALD leader and Spring content is focused on member recruitment and successful inductions.

Maria Leonard Senior Book Award

This award is offered to the chapters to award the graduating member with the highest GPA in their class.

Online Induction Ceremonies

ALD Headquarters hosts online induction ceremonies chapters can join to either replace or supplement an in-person event.

Order of the Torch & Maintaining the Flame Awards

These annual awards for our most outstanding chapters reward involvement, communication, and visibility. Applications are due June 1.
