Expand Your Leadership Skills!

Each semester, ALD hosts a virtual Leadership Summit. Summits are free and open to all ALD members, but specifically geared toward chapter officers (past, current, and potential). Fall Summits focus on setting new leaders up for success and Spring Summits focus on recruitment and a successful induction. Check out past Speed Summit Sessions as well, where we divided Leadership Summit topics into bite-sized Speed Summit sessions that spanned a semester.

fall 2024 Leadership summit

The Fall 2024 Summit was held on Friday, September 20 and Sunday, September 22 and focused on new officers and transitioning into a leadership role with Alpha Lambda Delta. Watch the session recordings below.

Spring 2025 Leadership Summit

The Spring 2025 Summit will be held on Friday, February 7 from 11am-1pm ET and Sunday, February 9 from 4-6pm ET. The Spring Summit will focus on recruitment and a successful induction.
